Directors Note
Society as a whole is becoming more and more dehumanized. As technology works its way into every aspect of our lives we have to fight to connect to others in any way we can.
When omnivore, a big brother esque computer system, is installed at the call center of Singer Singman and Associates-- the effects of this program slowly begin to tear apart pieces of peoples lives.
But this is not what this play is really about. Iit is about the world between the reality and the subconcious, about how far one goes to make it and what parts of oneself are lost along the way.
It is about love.
Working on this show was a unique experiance. As the second ever production of New Jersey Book of the Dead, we had the unique opportunity to discover a slightly different meaning of how we are all connected.
Stories merge and blur and the stage is never silent. This play will keep you on your toes.It sure kept us on ours.
Enjoy the Show.
